- Organized and led volunteer clinics through Acupuncturists without Borders for Global Refuge in May 2024.
- Organized and led a one day Healing Event through Acupuncturists without Borders in November 2023.
- Donated coffee/hot chocolate/tea supplies to nourish the families whose babies are in the NICU and the medical team supporting those babies at GW University Hospital in 2019.
- Donated non-perishable food to Capital Area Food Bank to help support furloughed federal workers and contractors in 2019.
- Donated thousands of acupuncture needles and medical supplies to Bumi Sehat (a free clinic) while in Bali Indonesia in 2015 and 2016. Thank you Lhasa OMS and Plant Therapy Essential Oils for your donations too.
- Participated in a healing event supporting and treating those critically injured and traumatized from the Charlottsville Rally in August 2017.
- Organized a local "We Heal" event with local practitioners in Del Ray Alexandria in June 2016 after the Orlando nightclub shooting and provided acupuncture, massage, reiki, meditation and other healing services.
- Donated school supplies to a school in Bali and taught english, yoga and games to the kids, ages 7-12 in 2016.
- In collaboration with "There & Back Again" offered a free bi-weekly Community Acupuncture Clinic for Active Duty Soldiers in the Warrior Transition Unit at Ft. Belvoir. (Jan 2014-May 2015)
- Donated $750 to local charities split evenly between "The National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics," "Operation Paws for Homes" and "New Hope Housing" in 2014.
- Donated 2000 Acupuncture Needles to the Philippines in December 2013. Approximately 200 first responders and typhoon survivors will receive acupuncture treatments from this donation. As of the beginning of December, over 44,000 needles were donated helping 4400 people in need.
- Donated $300 to the Arlington Food Assistance Program and the Backpack Buddies program in December 2013. Filled enough backpacks for a weekly supply of food for seventeen kids. It is estimated that over 300 children in Arlington are homeless and hungry.
- Since 2008, have lead numerous yoga classes and workshops to benefit non-profit organizations like Wounded Warriors, So Others May Eat, LGBT Orlando Center and other local charities raising over $15,500.
